What are your hours?
- 7AM to 8:30PM Monday-Friday

Fully from open to close every day.
Are you a coin or credit card laundromat?
We are a card-operated store that runs on the Laundry Card payment system.
Do you have large machines?
You bet! We have washers as big as 80 lbs. meaning they can take 8 loads of laundry. We also have huge 80 lb. dryers to match. Check out a full list of our machines on our self-service page.
Wash & Fold
What are your wash and fold hours?
- 7AM to 8:30PM Monday-Friday
- 6AM to 8:30PM Saturday & Sunday
Please note that same-day service is available Monday through Friday only.
What products do you use when you wash my clothes?
We use premium products. Choose from Tide, Arm & Hammer, Downy, and Suavitel. Walk-in customers can also supply their own detergents, softeners, and dryer sheets.
Is there a minimum order?
15 Lbs.
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
No. We always keep our customers laundry separate from one another.
What is the turnaround time for wash & fold?
- 24 hours for next-day service
- By closing time for same-day service if dropped off before 11AM

Pickup & Delivery
When do you offer pickup and delivery?
Available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8AM to 6PM every week.
What is the turnaround time for pickup and delivery?
- 24 to 48 hours for pickup and delivery
- 48 hours if the order includes dry cleaning
Is there a minimum order?
$35 minimum order
How much does pickup and delivery cost?
- It is $3.00 per pound for infrequent and occasional usage.
- Save money by using this service often. Regularly scheduled orders are $2.75 per pound.
- The $35 minimum applies either way.
Do I need to be home when the driver picks up or delivers my clothes?
No, you can leave your laundry in a secure location (front porch, back porch, behind a fence, in an unlocked garage) just make sure to note it when you place your order so our driver knows where to find it.
How do I schedule an order online?
It is simple. Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" Button in the upper right hand corner and create an account. It only takes a few minutes to input your information and you can place an order for weekly, bi-weekly or one-off services.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Absolutely. When you place your order online there is a section called Preferences where you can specify things you want done every time that we do your laundry. There is also a section called Special Laundry Instructions where you can ask for something for this particular order. For instance if you want us to spot treat a stain on one of your items.
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
No. You never have to sign a contract and you can stop service at any time. We know that you will stick with us based on our excellent service.
When I schedule an order, how will I be billed?
Like other online services, we ask for your credit card when you place your order. Your card will not be billed until your laundry is completed and weighed.
What do I put my laundry in?
Please put your laundry in a laundry bag or in a trash bag and make sure it is closed properly so nothing falls out.
Can I put my pickups on hold while I'm on vacation?
Yes. You can suspend your pickup until you return from your vacation.
